Timothy Wharfe


Tim has been involved with call and contact centres for over 20 years.  Specialising early in Workforce Management, Tim has worked for some of the biggest contact centres in the UK including Aviva and Ventura.  Tim now works with customers to focus on best practice use of their Workforce Management to ensure users are really getting the most out of the solution to best support the business.

Suzanne has over 20 years experience gained predominately in Workforce Optimisation and Customer Experience.  Having worked for a number of leading US and UK enterprise software providers from publicly listed organisations to start-ups, Suzanne and has a vast knowledge of B2B Marketing and business strategy in the technology space.  Suzanne supports customers through U-WFM’s orientation programme through to customer satisfaction, allowing a continual circle of feedback and improvement to U-WFM’s suite of solutions.
