Common Questions

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we charge a single price for full access to the system and its features. Some ACD vendors charge for supplying a report that is compatible with Real-Time Adherence; however, this is not and will never be charged by us.       


What do I pay for?

The total active agent count per month in arrears. This can scale up or down each month so you only pay for what you use.  Our unique Managed Service for WFM is offered as an optional overlay to our U-WFM solution or as an agnostic overlay to other platforms.  Pricing for this bespoke value-added service is determined following a preliminary fact-finding discussion which is provided free of charge and without commitment.


What training/support do I get?

Unlike our competitors, in-person training and a Welcome workshop is included in our standard package at no additional cost.  Any expenses are agreed in advance and simply re-charged to you.  You'll also be fully supported with online training and comprehensive resources - and we're only a phone call away.


What does it cost to upgrade?

It doesn’t! One of the key benefits of U-WFM Cloud is that updates to the solution are automatic and free. You'll benefit from "always-on" cloud infrastructure to best run your contact centre and optimally serve your customers.


How can I justify the cost?

We can supply a Return On Investment document, estimating the cost savings of utilising U-WFM over Excel based scheduling or by replacing your current WFM vendor. U-WFM is an OPEX item, not a CAPEX item which makes it easier to justify.


How does the solution remain leading-edge?

All of U-WFM’s solution enhancements to date have been customer driven, based on their needed requirements. U-WFM’s onboarding programme through to customer satisfaction surveys and regular two-way communication, allows a continual circle of feedback and improvements to U-WFM, allowing us to deliver innovative, leading edge solutions.


Are there any optional add-ons?

WFM's software functionality is provided as standard. However, our expertise ranges from offering a fully managed service to custom implementations, for example:
